Coronavirus Update
The health, safety and on-going care of our patients, clients and staff is our main priority. We are continuously trying to maintain our practice as safely as possible. We have made several changes to our clinic to work as efficiently as possible during the Covid epidemic and will monitor the suggestions from the RIVM, the Dutch National Institute for Public Health and Environment.
Identification & Registration
All horses in The Netherlands, older than six months, need to have a current paspoort and chip. Currently the registration and identification in The Netherlands is not centrally registered. On the 21st of April in 2021 this will change, where the Netherlands Enterprise Angency (RVO) will start managing a central database. The introduction of this database is the result of the creation of the new European Animal Health regulation as of 2021.
